For 15 years, we lived in the world of software. We helped small teams scale into global players, learned how to lead, and built relationships that lasted well beyond the contract. The work was rewarding, but something was missing: you can’t hold software in your hands. You can’t watch it roll down the street or hear it fire up in a shop at dawn.

The name “Five Oceans” comes from our family history of entrepreneurs, relatives who lived oceans apart but shared the same philosophy: take care of your employees, care deeply about the customer and think long-term.
